I was toying with the idea of attending a property auction this Friday in Cheshire but I think I will leave it a few more weeks/months to see what effect the present financial concerns have on property prices - it wouldn't be the first time I have bought at the top only to see my investment value tumble the next week!
I suppose the die-hards will say that the present climate is perfect to pick up a bargain - but I think I'll leave that to the experts for now.
