	&lt;p&gt;I suppose the die-hards will say that the present climate is perfect to pick up a bargain - but I think I'll leave that to the experts for now.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;Would it be better to invest in UK or Overseas at the moment?&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Any advice would be appreciated.&lt;/p&gt;
